Summary

Confirms the ability to track engagement Profile score trends over time in Accoil Analytics for better engagement analysis.

How this helps

Enables continuous improvement of engagement strategies by tracking the effectiveness of initiatives over time.

YES Absolutely! We believe that it's essential to know how Profile scores change over time (trends) There are a few ways to see that in Accoil Analytics:

Global engagement score over time

From the dashboard, you can see your total engagement and average engagement scores over time by hovering over the chart.

You can view trending accounts and users. Use the toggle to switch between Top, New, Red Hot, and Ice Cold accounts and users.

Account engagement over time

From the Account page link, you can see a full inventory of account engagement
scores.

You can access an individual Account's profile by clicking on their designated link.

From there, you view the individual account in more detail.

Use the time filter to review data from various time frames.

User engagement over time

From the User page link, you can see a full inventory of user engagement scores.

You can access an individual user's profile by clicking on their designated link.

Use the time filter to review data from various time frames.

Score Trending

You can also see the trending "change" of specific users everywhere you see a list of users.

We calculate the change by comparing a user's current score with his/her score in the previous engagement period (so if you selected a 7-day engagement period when setting up your score, we compare a user's current score with his/her score 7-days prior).

Want to drill down further?

Click the "Add Segment" button to drill further and analyse the score trends. You can choose from Standard, Suggested or your own customer segments to analyse the changes.

For example, you can view red hot or ice cold scores where:

🔥 = Score increase of 10 or more points
❄️ = Score decrease of 10 or more points
