How score change emojis work
Accoil calculates score changes by comparing a user’s current score with their score from the previous engagement period. If you set a 7-day engagement period, the current score is compared to the score 7 days prior.
Users with significant score changes are highlighted using emojis:
🔥 Score increase of 10+ points → Strong positive engagement trend.
❄️ Score decrease of 10+ points → Significant drop in engagement.
🚨 Recently inactive → User has not engaged within the last tracking period.
