Overview of the Accounts Tab
The Accounts tab helps you compare engagement levels across different accounts. The top-level metrics provide insights into:
Active Accounts – Accounts with user activity during the engagement period.
Average Score – The average customer health score across accounts.
Average % of Users Active – The proportion of active users across accounts.
You can filter columns to customize your view and focus on the metrics that matter most.
Key Metrics in the Account List
The Accounts tab ranks all your accounts by engagement score, showing:
Engagement Score – The account’s current score.
Score Change – How the score has shifted from the previous scoring period.
Activation Score – A measure of how well the account is adopting key features.
Active Users – Users who have completed a scored event during the engagement period.
Total Users – The total number of users who have performed any event in the last 90 days.
% Active Users – The number of active users divided by the total users.
Adoption Rate – The percentage of key product interactions completed by users.
Raw Score – The unprocessed engagement score before adjustments.
You can also download and export your results for further analysis.
Individual Account Views
Click on an account name to access its detailed view, where you can:
See a breakdown of user activity.
