Deleting your Accoil account

How to request account deletion or rely on automatic data removal after 90 days

At Accoil, we take your data privacy and control seriously. If you’d like to delete your account and all associated analytics data, this guide outlines how and when your data is removed—and how to request deletion sooner if needed.


🕒 Automatic Deletion After Trial or Subscription Ends

By default, all analytics data associated with your Accoil account is automatically deleted 90 days after your subscription or free trial ends. You don’t need to take any further action unless you’d like your data removed sooner.

This 90-day retention period allows teams to resume access if needed, without losing historical data immediately.


📝 Requesting Immediate or On-Demand Deletion

If you’d prefer to delete your account and all related data before the automatic 90-day window, you can make a request at any time.

What Gets Deleted:

When your request is processed, the following is permanently removed:

  • Your Accoil account

  • All analytics data collected under that account

  • Associated user behavior, event, and usage records

How to Request Deletion:

To request deletion of your account and all analytics data:

1. Submit a Support Request

  • Send an email to [email protected]

    or

  • Use the in-app support widget to contact our support team

2. Include the Following in Your Request:

  • Your account email or organization name

  • A clear request stating that you’d like your account and data to be permanently deleted

3. Confirmation & Processing:

  • Our team will confirm your request and initiate the deletion process.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.

⚠️ Please note: This process is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
