How this helps
Helps users quickly identify key engagement segments, facilitating targeted engagement and retention efforts.
In Accoil Analytics we auto-populate some User and Account segments for you. You can find these default Priority segments under both the Users and Accounts links on the left hand navigation bar.
Use the "Select Segment" button to choose the segment you want to view.
Standard:
All Users / Accounts
All Active Users / Accounts
Suggested:
New Users/ Accounts: Signed up within the score period
Most engaged: Scores above 75
Slight Engaged: Scores between 50 and 74
Passive: Scores between 25 and 49
Least engaged: Scores below 25
Recently Inactive Users/Accounts 🚨:
Last activebetween 30 to 60 days agoRed Hot: Trend increased by 10 or more since last scoring period
Ice Cold: Trend decreased by 10 or more since last scoring period
Mature Users/Accounts: Signed up more than 180 days ago
Active today: Last active today
Multi user accounts: Multiple users to access and use the same account (Available for Accounts only)
